Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B that helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells.<\/p>\n<p>Pregabalin is an alpha-2 delta ligand that decreases pain by modulating the calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
